Cinnamon Raison Swirl Loaf

Tick Tock Tick Tock ..... The Fragrance of Cinnamon in the air

Beautiful Brown Crust, So Far So Good!

Crispy Crust and soft bread, especially while
it is still HOT! Yummy Yummy Yummy...

There you are! Raisins and Cinnamon.
Everyone in the family love it. It looks good and
most importantly it is YUMMY. PaPa said he
doesn't mind to have it EVERYDAY
(but for 3 days only) Hahaha.... :)

Ingredient :

Section A
4 Cups of Flour
3 Tbsp Sugar
7g Yeast
1 1/2 Cup Lukewarm Milk
1 tsp Salt
3 Tbsp Unsalted Butter (Softened)

Section B
1 Cup Raisin
1 Tbsp Cinnamon Powder
3 Tbsp Sugar

Procedures
1) Mix Yeast with 1/4 cup of Lukewarm Milk. Let it stands for 10 minutes until it is covered with bubbles (frothy)
2) Mix the remaining Milk to the Yeast mixture 
3) Mix all the Dry Ingredient and whisk them evenly. (Keep 1/4 cup of Flour for later use!!)
4) Beat the Dry Mixture on the Stand Mixer with a Hook Attachment. 
5) Slowly add in the Yeast & Milk Mixture
6) Then, add in the softened butter 
7) While the Mixer is still kneading, the dough is slowly form but still wet.
8) Add in the remaining flour
9) Beat until it form a smooth dough (about 5 - 7 minutes)
10) Hand knead it for 1 minute to form a soft dough
11) Let the dough proof for 1hr until it doubles its size
12) After 1 hr, punch down the Dough and roll it out
13) Mix the Section B
14) Brush the rolled out dough with a little and water and the sprinkle the raisin and cinnamon mixture onto the dough
15) Roll the Dough into a loaf
16) Let it proof for 45 minutes or until it doubles its size again.
17) Brush Egg mixture onto the loaf.
18) Place into the preheat Oven and bake for 40 minutes @ 150 deg C at the lower deck.
19) Da Da....Let it Cool at the wire rack before slicing into pieces

I tasted it without any butter or jam. But, Papa had it with Butter this morning and his comment was "HO CHIAK"!

My mom absolutely love it and she said "DARN good!"

My sis said "It looks good and taste good too."

My brother said "I don't like bread, make me cheesecake."

Chloe said "Mama, I don't want the bread, I want the raisins only!"

Clarisse said " Mum mum, mum mum! "

........ Hahaha........

Try it. It is easy and nice! I got this good recipe from a blogger. But I forgot which one exactly. I browsed a few of them and I forgot to bookmark them. SO SO SORRY! Will remember to do it next time! Thank you, Bloggersss!
