I have concluded that the best remedy for rashes is COOL WATER and HANDKY instead of those expensive creams and powder. Clarisse's neck is now almost as smooth as Taufu. I believe give it another 2 days, rashes shall be diminished totally! Gone! Stupid Mama, I should have put tiny little attention to Clarisse's rashes earlier, then she wouldn't need to suffer from those itchy rashes for months... Geezz..
