HaHa, I know this is my second time mentioning about these WONDERFUL herb but it really works well on me. I was down with my milk supply last week to only 3oz, after a few dosages of these Fenugreek Seed Water; my milk supply is coming back gradually. If you are keen in breastfeeding and not enough supply, please try this. This herb is not only good for production of milk supply but also helps to prevent many many sickness e.g. Diabetes and High Blood Pressure. No harm trying!!! :P
