Ribena Jelly - again!



Ya, I made these Jelly again for Chloe. 
Somehow the color looks very different from the previous Ribena Jelly that I made. Not so nice, huh? :( 

Time was running short, so I didn't follow the exact measurement. Then, also I realized that I didn't use the Longan Syrup the last time. Or Could be the Dragon Fruits which has enhanced the darker color.

Ingredient :-
Konyaku/Kanten Powder 10g - 1 packet
Sugar - 4 table spoon
Water - 500ml
Longan Syrup - 200ml
Ribena - 100ml
Dragon Fruit cubes and Longan. 

1. Bring the mixture of Konyaku Powder, Sugar, Water and Longan Syrup to boil till the sugar and Konyaku Powder dissolved. 


2. Remove from heat, and add in Ribena


3. Fruits in to the cup and fill the cup with the mixture above.


4. Let it cool for a while before send to the refrigerator.
