1/3 stick of Carrot
2 cup of water
1tbsp of Jasmine Rice
Steps :-
1. Peel the Carrot Skin and rinse the peeled carrot. Cut into small pieces.
3. Wash the Jasmine Rice and put in the Crockpot with the 2 cups of water.
4. Add in the Carrot pieces into the Crockpot.
5. Slowcook for 3 hours
5. Blend the Carrot Porridge using the Electric Blender to reach smooth texture.
I tasted it and it is actually quite nice. Baby Chloe managed to eat one tablespoon only, and Mama finished up the balance. OMG! I don't want to be the DBKL (Rubbish Collector)! No way!
Hm? But how to prepare such small amount of puree with no waste? Unfortunately, mum said I cannot reserve the remaining for the next day as it might cause gasy stomach if Baby Chloe consumed the leftover. So, better Mama be the DBKL la!
Baby Chloe is still learning to accept semi-solid food other than Milk. She's still not eating properly therefore it is not considered as ONE MEAL. At this time, it is still at trial period. I can't wait to introduce more and more food to Baby Chloe so that she can absorb different nutrients from all kinds of food.
