I made this for Chloe to bring to school last week.

I know it doesn't look so appetizing at all.

Somehow, my frosting texture was not the right texture for me to pipe them properly onto my cupcakes.
Something went wrong and I am not sure what... maybe I should refrigerate the frosting before piping them onto the cupcakes?
The cupcakes were still hot for the frosting???
Anyway, the frosting didn't look RIGHT too.
BUT, again the cream was YUMMY and the cupcakes were also YUMMY! SERIOUS! :P
Try out the recipe. Reduce the sugar by 20% , it should taste better.
