Baby Clarisse's Hand Movement

One day last week, Mama was lying down on the Play Mat together with Baby Clarisse. "Ah Yi" walked towards us, and talked to Baby Clarisse for a while.

Ah Yi said : "Open, Close, Open, Close, Open Close" with her open palm while she said "OPEN" and fisted while she said "CLOSE". Then, Mama realised that Baby Clarrise was actually trying to imitate what Ah Yi was doing with her fingers. Baby Clarisse tried to bend her fingers towards her palm to form a fist, it was not completely a "FULL FIST", and then she straightened all her fingers to show her open palm just like that Ah Yi did.

So clever!
Papa said :  Mama must be humble, cannot always tell people that Clarisse is Clever.
Mama Said : Ok, Papa.
Papa Said : Mama, Look Look Look, Clarisse is so pretty! How come all our girls so pretty? So irresistable
**** WHO IS NOT HUMBLE NOW! *****

Baby Clarisse maneuvers her both hands quite well at this stage. She can grab her pacifier firmly when she wants it and throw it away when she doesn't want it. Baby Clarisse will grab and hold the bottle when she is hungry, she even knows how to tilt the bottle when the milk does not reach her mouth. When she is furious and refuse drink, she would push away the milk bottle (this is something that I am not proud of because she really pushed hard until the bottle is totally away from her sight!).

Baby Clarrise can grab her rattle or teether on her right hand and then pass over to her left, and vice versa. I love to see how Baby Clarisse learns to use her hands to reach for what she wants, but I dislike the idea that she "Grab & Bite". This is the stage when she put everything into her mouth - Tasting Stage.
